Welding machine for heating
element socket welding of PE, PP, PB and PVDF tubes
and fittings from OD 20 up to OD 75 mm.
The motion for the socket
welding is controlled by a rack-and-pinion
mechanism.
For the accomodation of the
workpieces, temper steel prismatic clamping tools
are available which make it possible to clamp the
workpieces regardless of their diameter. There is a
double clamping on the pipe side and a single
clamping with insertion stop on the fitting side.
The two tool slides can be
axially aligned. For the simple fixing of the pipe
and the socket fittings, the machine has an
automatic insertion stop. The insertion depth of the
welding is limited by a stop.
The electronically controlled
heating element (230 V/630 W) which can be swivelled
into the machine holds the anti-stick coated heating
tools. It can also be removed from the prismatic
mount and put into a table locking device for
external use. Also available in inches, °F and 110
V. |

Welding machine for heating
element socket welding of PE, PP, PB and PVDF tubes
and fittings from OD 20 up to OD 125. The machine is
mounted on a solid frame. The motion of the slides
is controlled by a rack-and-pinion mechanism. Due to
the steplessly adjustable prismatic clamping tools,
all outside diameters can be fixed. On the pipe side
there is a double prism, on the fitting side an
insertion stop. The insertion depth is secured by a
turning button depending on the diameters. Both
sides can be aligned in the axial plane for the
adjustment of the parts to be welded. The
positioning is made by means of an insertion stop.
The heating element holder for
the socket heating element (230 V/1400 W) which can
be swivelled in, is built on the machine. In
connection with a table locking device it can be
removed from the holder and used as a hand heating
element. With ON/OFF switch, electronical adjustment
and control of the temperature in accordance with
DVS 2208. |

and fittings from OD 63 up to OD 160 resp. 4" to 6".
The machine is mounted on a solid frame. The motion
of the slides is controlled by a rack-and-pinion
mechanism. Due to the steplessly adjustable
prismatic clamping tools, all outside diameters can
be fixed. On the pipe side there is a double prism,
on the fitting side an insertion stop. The insertion
depth is secured by a turning button depending on

of PE, PP and PVDF tubes and fittings from OD 50 up
to OD 160 with SDR 7,25. Complete with welding
pressure setting and scale, planer with electrical
chain drive in a closed aluminium housing and
external chip removal. The machine carriage works
with a linear prismatic guideway on a solid basic
frame. |
